Saturday is Independent Bookstore Day, and I’m thrilled to be joining Sunshine Book Co. for its Independent Bookstore Day celebration all day this Saturday, April 26th at their store at 647 Lake Avenue in Clermont. Among the festivities will be local authors showcasing their books, and I’ll be one of them!
Sunshine Book Co. is an independent bookstore near the lake in downtown Clermont, located in a pretty restored house. I’ve been privileged to have Finding My Way Home: Fighting Depression Backpacking in Central Florida on their shelves for several months, and Saturday, they’ll be hosting me and other local authors in their backyard. This is a great way to meet local authors, and Kara and I are excited to be a part of their event this year.
